Terms & Conditions – IAMCasing

Ye website IAMCasing ke under chal rahi hai. Website use karne ka matlab hai ke aap hamari terms & conditions ko accept karte hain. IAMCasing kisi bhi waqt in terms ko update karne ka haq rakhta hai, is liye baraye mehrbani waqtan fa-waqtan is page ko check karte rahain.

1. Orders & Payments

  • Tamam orders stock ki availability aur payment confirmation ke baad process kiye jate hain.

  • Hum Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, aur Bank Transfer accept karte hain.

  • Agar kisi wajah se order cancel hota hai, to customer ko notify kiya jaye ga aur agar payment ho chuki ho to wapas kar di jaye gi.

  • Custom Printed Products order hone ke baad cancel nahi kiye ja sakte.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Hamari standard delivery time 3-5 working days hai, magar kisi unexpected delay ki صورت mein aapko notify kar diya jaye ga.

  • Delivery charges checkout ke waqt show ho jayein ge.

  • IAMCasing kisi bhi courier delay ya lost parcel ka zimmedar nahi hoga, magar hum full support dein ge taake masla solve ho sake.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Defective ya wrong product milne ki صورت mein 24 ghantay ke andar hamari support team se rabta karein.

  • Exchange sirf tab possible hai jab product unused ho aur original packaging mein ho.

  • Custom Printed Products exchange nahi kiye ja sakte, magar agar printing issue ya damage ho to replacement di jaye gi.
